Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, and we do our best to be flexible. At the same time, your appointment is reserved specifically for you, and a late cancellation means another patient who needed care couldn't be seen.To keep appointments available for all our patients, we asks for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment.
Booking your appointment
All treatments are by appointment only, we don't take walk-ins.
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
How to cancel or reschedule
Please call us at 742-588-2556 during clinic hours, as early as you can. If you want to cancel outside clinic hours, send us a text, including your name and appointment time. The message is time-stamped, so it counts as notice from when you send it.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by insurance and is the patient's responsibility.
We do consider individual circumstances. Genuine emergencies and illness are handled with understanding.
Same-day appointments
Appointments booked for the same day, or within 24 hours, cannot be cancelled without the full treatment fee applying.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we'll always do our best to see you. Your treatment may be shortened so the next patient isn't delayed, and the full appointment fee may still apply.
